FIRS Guidelines on Validation of Unutilised WHT Credit Notes and Introduction of Tax-Pro Max

Dear Valued Member,

The Institute wishes to inform members that the Guidelines on validation of unutilised WHT Credit notes issued by the Federal Inland Revenue Service this month (June 2021), and the issues arising from the treatment of the same, as well as the Introduction of the FIRS Tax Administration Solution (Tax-Pro Max), have come to the notice of the Institute. 

Please, be assured that we are currently addressing the issues with  the relevant stakeholders in order to ensure seamless transition for the benefit of our members and stakeholders.

We will give updates to members as we progress in our engagement.
